By placing an order with Fairy Godmother Party Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment
   • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your rental items.
   • Full payment must be made 72 hours before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
   • Payment can be made via credit card, Zelle, cash. 
2. Cancellations and Changes
   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
   • Any changes to the rental order must be made at least 24 hours before the event and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
3. Delivery and Setup
   • Delivery and setup fees may apply depending on the delivery location and the size of the rental order.
   • Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated with you, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred times. However, all times are subject to availability.
   • You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for delivery and setup.
4. Responsibility and Damages
   • You are responsible for the safe use and care of all rental items during the event.
   • If any rental items are damaged, lost, or stolen, you will be charged for the repair or replacement cost. This includes damage due to neglect or misuse.
   • Fairy Godmother Party Rental is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by the use of rental items during the event.
5. Liability
   • You agree to hold Fairy Godmother Party Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of rental items during the event.
   • You are responsible for ensuring that all rental items comply with local laws and regulations.
6. Weather Policy (if applicable)
   • For outdoor events, you are responsible for ensuring a backup plan in case of inclement weather. We recommend securing tents or canopies for outdoor events.
7. Event Space and Conditions
   • You are responsible for providing accurate information about the event space, including dimensions, access points, and any restrictions (e.g., parking, stairs, elevators).
   • Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or delays.
8. Indemnification
   • You agree to indemnify and hold Fairy Godmother Party Rental harmless from any and all claims, losses, or damages that may arise from your use of rental items.
9. Agreement and Acknowledgment
   • By completing the checkout process and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
